Phil Conacher has qualifications in Science, Natural Resources and Urban/Regional Planning and has been involved in environmental management for 29 years. He has co-ordinated many local area ecological surveys and prepared Biodiversity Strategies and Management Plans for Councils and large bushland reserves. Much of his work entails providing specialist advice on ecological and biodiversity planning issues, particularly in relation to environmental legislation, corridors, buffer zones, vegetation management and bushland reserve management. |
